What an awesome idea! Just another way to recycle and be be 'earth friendly' and save some $. (Something all of us have on our minds in these times.) It is that time of the year up here in N.E. IL. I know we all have those papers we always get in the mail, and I would venture to say that alot are using the 'soy ink' now. Those little ones made from 'peat' can get pretty pricey, especially when you have a few that you are trying to get started.

I have a house plant Mom gave me that I have started to root in water. picture to be posted at a later date, sorry :-(

Found what I was looking for! I thought was right that they needed a bright sunny spot in the house. My poor little plant has a front seat in the Living Room Window now

AION Update 04-12-2010 (And the day)

I tell you what my friends, when you hit 25, you better have some serious Kinah laid back! (But then you get some serious Kinah questing in the beginning.) It pays to look up and study the crafting and DO THE WORK ORDERS! I have found it is the most inexpensive way to lvl your crafting. Cyfaill just hit 25 and oh my goodness lol. I Did not go 'forward' far enough looking into the new spell books I would have to buy and Friday morning tore into that girls Handcrafting. With learning that lesson, Caridwen will be continuing as she has been, only creating her tailoring from the mats she gets from the work orders. (Cy was up to around 4k Kinah per 'round' of work orders, 4 or 5 different ones for a 'round'.)

For the moment going to grab another cup of coffee and get back on Cardwen for a while this moprning before I head outside and try and get a little bit done to the small flower bed next to the front porch here. I want to move my bird bath there and put a lavender bush in :-)

You all take care and will be updating through the day. (If I don't get to involved in RL :-) If it is nice out, I am going to try and get out of the house and enjoy it!

Time for a short pause, have a list of 'surfing to do :-P My poor little Aloe Vera Plant! I have never had such a horrible time with one in all my time! Hope everyone is enjoying the day. Looking to the west here, it sure looks like it can get a little wet out. But, it's that time of the year :-) About to finally have breakfast with Hamish and then get outside if the rain stays away. Will have to wear a light jacket for the chill, but, I can definitely do that! I have been fighting a wee bit of 'Cabin Fever' the last few weeks here. For this time of the year along the shores of Lake Michigan here, it has been WONDERFUL!

Good Night April 11th

Goodness and oh my to this weekend and glad you are where you are at. In the past. It will always fail me the way so many people act and do. (Now don't 'pretend' you all KNOW what I am trying to say here.)

I mean we all loose our tempers and all about a list of subjects that can reach the boundaries of our universe. But lets just say somethings are better kept to ourselves than aired in public for one. Come on people, we need to have a bit of tact now and again!

Ughhhhh   EVERYONE JUST BE NICE
PLEASE!!!!!!

PEOPLE STOP HATING!

ARGHHHHHHH PEOPLE AND THEIR HATING JUST BECAUSE IT IS NOT THE LIFE STYLE THEY LEAD! WHO CARES IF YOU ARE GAY LESBIAN OR TRANS-GENDER! IT IS THEIR LIFE NOT YOURS! WHEN ARE PEOPLE GOING TO STOP THE HATE?!!! SO WHAT IT IS NOT YOUR LIFE STYLE, WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS WITH REAL FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS! LIVE AND LET LIVE! I GIVE A DAMN DO YOU? http://twitter.com/wegiveadamn  AND  http://www.wegiveadamn.org/

And Another Day Begins...

With the weekend here, I have been scrambling already with the "Domestic Goddess" Duties. I guess I am making up for the feeling of under-accomplishment I had yesterday evening. I have hope that I can sit on my bumm and game a bit this evening. Tonight's fare is "Mum's Cornflake Chicken", fresh green beans w/garlic, and pop in ove of the twice backed potatoes I have ready in the freezer. Just grate a bit of sharp cheddar over it and a bit of bacon, in the oven it goes to warm up and yummerz. what I call "Cottage Cuisine" **giggle**

Looks as if the day is going to hold up with sunshine. still frosty out this morning, but, am sure with the sun shining, it will be at least a bit warmer. I can not wait to be able to get out and about. The cold weather just seizes my joints up.

I wish all this stuff they say I should take for it did not cost so much! Why is it that the things that work for your ailments are not covered by insurance but any pain-killer etc. is. There we go, proof that the big pharmacutical companies want to keep you spending with them and to hell with your real concerns.

OK enough of my whining (and yes I want cheese with my whine :-P  ). I must get around here and get some things done. I hope to game a bit this evening with "The Boy" since it is one of his nights off. We shall see if he has a 'hot date' or not tonight lol if he shows up online, well, we all know the answer to that one lmao.

Time to let Hamish out of his cage and work around the homestead here. He is making quiet little sounds at me as he is peeking out of his Birdie Tent. We also have to work on associating him with his Aviator Harness. I want to be able to take him about this summer on my walks and such while he is perched on my walker.

O-o

Man nothing done, I mean it sure does not seem like it. I have not gotten a chance to be online with AION and 'my girls' hardly at all today, just a bit of crafting in the morning over coffee. Keep getting sucked in to Nat. Geo and Science channel this afternoon and it is evening! O-O Glad I made meat loaf last night!going to pop one of those twice backed potatoes I made up out of the freezer into the toaster oven and then warm up a slice of M.L. and some green beans I cooked up and call it Din Din! Hamish is diggin' on his 'Zoopreme' atm. I am SO glad I got him so young and was able to get him eating pellets! He LOVES his freshies to! carrots i would say are his favorites. But, get out of the way when it comes to banana chips and dates! He is the happiest most well behaved bird I have ever seen. Besides him being so loving. He LOVES to crawl up the sleeve of my Snuggie and snooze. lol He is such a character.

Oh man this is to wild! diggin' Known Universe's 'Cosmic Collision'

Later Gaterz I am going to watch this. it is so interesting!

Good Morning World! AION bound today! :-D

YAWN Come on coffee! start working! I have a busy day in the world of AION (Siel server - Caridwen, Cyfaill anyway *giggle*. I played WoW for 5 years and sorry Blizzard, this one has you beat hands down. The game is still young, just released last summer, but I do so hope it has a great following in the future. I love the option to "change channels" from the 'support tab'. It gets to crowded or you just want to solo, change channel and there you and/or your group are, off on your lonesome *giggle*. Well, I am off to rid the 'virtual world of AION of Monsters and Asmos! :-P

What Is It With...

You see and run across these people everyday, well not every but. They are rude, mean nasty, disrespectful and just plain hateful. The Only thing I have ever concluded is that they are SO miserable in their own skins, they are on a mission to make sure everyone else is in misery to. A cry for help? Has the hate, finally consumed all of who they are and were? Now, I can get a bit Snarkey myself, and have been known to chew a few hiney's off in my day but man! How long can you try and be 'nice and understanding' of a person's ummm how do I say, lack of respect even for themselves? Totally at a loss here, guess my feelings are hurt a bit as I KNOW I have NEVER done anything negative to or towards this person in any way shape or form. Do I cut the ties totaly after telling them to stop it and it's time for them to start 'flying right'? Do I continue the daily abuse? (Sorry it is what it is getting to feel like more and more with each passing day.) I try so very hard to not let people have that power over me. If I let them intrude on my inner peace, well, I guess I have no one but myself to blame.

Morning? O-o

Someone pass the coffee please. :-P Is one of those mornings can't seem to get woke up. Must be the rain :-) So... yup...good day to slide back under the covers and enjoy the quiet and relaxing pitter pat of the rain :-) **wave & hugz**

And A Good Monday To You...

Oh man, I just can not get a moving this morning. I feel like rolling right back into the sack. I want to work on one of my AION Characters today sometime. I was thinking of going to try and run around this morning and make a few notes here and there. (Actually the notes are going on the Legions Website Season's In The Abyss. Well, I am off and going to finish up this coffee and see what I can and don't get into today lol.

A "Crafty" Weekend

I have been working on getting 'The Girls' caught up in their professions, well, Caridwen and Nhimuai this weekend anyway. Sorting out who is going to focus on what craft and storing all sorted out. Been working around the house, getting out on the porch, enjoying the BEAUTIFUL day we are having here today. (At this moment, I have Cari crafting away on work orders, trying to get her last 8 points to train to Level 2 in Tailoring. There are some sweet sets to be had when you 'crit' on a pattern.)

I think the best thing to do with your crafting (and leveling/intro) beginning in the game, is to take your time with it, gather everything you run across, don't worry about heading to the next area instantly, (only to drop quest's to pick up new ones and be an 'XP Hawg'). This give you the time to level up and gear yourself for the next area and be a level or 2 ahead of the mobs you will be fighting. (Some I have run across on 'The Girls' are flat nasty, and get nastier and use some thought, you just don't go in and face roll on keyboard here lol).

More to come, off to level 'Barn-burner' a wee bit for CJ. Maybe work on Porthoss tonight.

**Shrug** Time will tell lol.
